Mr. Talabani is the Director General of the Kurdish Regional Government’s Intelligence and Security Agency. He has very good relations with the Bagdad government and their Ministry of Defense, as well as a strong partnership with the U.S.-led coalition forces. They have been very successful at conducting these special operations missions, and this is primarily due to the intelligence sharing that takes place between CTG and other coalition nations, primarily the U.S.
